Summary: Plants are living creatures too – they feel pain, they feel joy. They have purposes and importance. But what can a tiny, sentient rose do, if it loses all of its purpose and importance? Can it find that again – can he find its family, or create a new one?
Notes: THIS IS A REVERSED-ROLE AU! There was an original fanfiction, called “to bloom in your smile”, written by chadsuke, which gave me motivation to write this fic. I felt like I want to discover this exotic opportunity to see how these lovely characters would step into each other’s shoes. And the rose-Lu Feng’s idea is just a chef’s kiss.There will be slight changes from the original fanfiction, for plot-purposes!

I tried to stay in character for everyone, but in a Lu Feng POV, where Lu Feng is not Lu Feng anymore, you can expect some differencies.
I decided to post this on the anniversary of Lu Feng and An Zhe's first meet - on 14th February - as a celebration fic. Happy Valentines for them, and for you too! :P
